As many of you may know, our church has called Pastor Dustin Morris as our next minister. A “Call Agreement” has been entered into and Pastor Morris plans to preach for the first time at WCC on Sunday, June 3rd. Dustin, his wife Julie, and their daughter Lilah plan on moving into the parsonage during Memorial Day weekend. Perhaps you can find the time to lend them a hand during that weekend. The church board and congregation members have been working diligently to prepare for the upcoming ministerial transition. A special thanks to all who have contributed to the effort so far.
However, with all the hustle and bustle of this transition, let us not forget Pastor Janet and her faithfulness and guidance as our Interim Minister over the last two years. Although her last day in the pulpit will be Memorial Weekend Sunday, we plan to celebrate her service and wish her well with a reception following the worship service on Sunday, May 20th.

In His Service – Soup service meets the fourth Wednesday of each month from 1p-3p, with delivery afterward. We need a couple of people to help make soup and a couple more to help deliver from 3p-4p. Our next event will be on May 23!
